i used the KAF recipe to make these, only change i made was swapping brown sugar for the molasses/malt syrup in the boil. i’m relatively new to making bread and wanted to get one last use of my stand mixer before heading back to college!!

overall they're actually super good!! they definitely could be more bagel shaped and less wonky. the crust also is a little more crunchy & not the texture i anticipated but for a first attempt i’m super proud with how they turned out! next time i’ll definitely have to make larger bagels too since i love a big fat bagel lol
