Josh –GOES TO RED TEAM – 21 mistakes , 16 service mistakes (agnolotti, overcooked fish, said he only stand 3 hours a day and very small pan in preparation, frantic, delay in the risotto, four portions of risotto too much in the pass, he kept looking at the clock instead of mentally counting the risotto time making chef throw his watch into the pizza oven, three extra portions of risotto on the pass made chef order him to eat his mistakes at the VIP table, communication, lost the blue team confidence)
Benjamin- 9 mistakes, 7 service mistakes (cherry, put hot sauce in top of the raw duck, undercooked wellingtons on the pass made chef call the blue team into the storage room and kick them out of the kitchen making the red team serve the blue team's customers)
Giovanni – 9 mistakes, 6 service mistakes (dish didn't have the best rating and his team didn't win the challenge because of that, burnt pork in the pass delayed the kitchen, raw pork in the pass slowed down the blue team again)

If the Chefs were allowed Temp Probes and timers like they are in a real kitchen (not a competition Kitchen) it would steal Ramsay's thunder screaming.."It's Fxxking RAW! Every 5 mins. Getting a bit bored with this format now. Same all the time and the challenges are more like School yard stuff! I think they are jumping the Shark, How it has lasted to series 23 I don't know.
