ingredient specifications:
160g oats for 2 cups weight, greek yogurt is plain non fat, vanilla whey protein is 365 whole foods brand (it tasted awful, i had to use it up somehow)
instructions:
mix your dries + zest 1 lemon
mix your wets + juice of 1 lemon
mix your dries into your wets
bake @ 350 for 25-35 minutes in an 8×8 or 9×9 pan; makes 9 servings
