found this today, it's high in sodium (what instant noodle isn't ? ) but it was very tasty and you could add some tofu or veggies in there to make it even more filling. i had to double check the package to make sure it wasn't 2 servings per pack because of how much it was.

    Oh, I forgot about these! I didn’t realize they were that low in calorie. When my kids were little, they used to love those. It adds calories, but if you mix a little bit of coconut milk in with them… So good. Add chicken…
