I saw that some people were worried the cream layers might bleed because of the strawberries. So I want to let you know there’s nothing to worry about. This is the cake I made the other day, and there’s no bleeding.

    Are those storebought strawberries hard as a rock? I am always disappointed with strawberries in my local grocery store. Homegrown strawberries are soft and juicy; they would definitely make the layers bleed.
