She says she didnt measure anything, just boiled a decent heap of wholegrain elbow pasta, took 2 slices or her grandmas pork and chicken meatloaf and dressed some chopped bell peppers and tomato in hot sauce. Notebook paper size reference should be 1x1cm. She said shes curious about protein and fat macros too if anyones willing to estimate those lmao.

    For the future, the size reference should not have been zoomed in, now people have to extrapolate that square with other references in the original photo. But that’s just a suggestion

    That’s…. Something alright, I’ll give you my rough estimate.

    Pork and chicken loaf:300 calories, the pasta looks to be a little more than 2 servings so 300 for that. I don’t eat bell pepper but that seems to be around maybe 2 of them? So 50 for that (hot sauce is always minimal calories so personally I wouldn’t even include it)I love garlic bread especially the frozen ones which this appears to be, since it’s smaller I would guess 120 for it.

    300 for each meatloaf slice (so 600)
    100 for the tomatoes & bell peppers

    I’d say 1,050 and I’d also estimate around 70-80g of protein

    Tbh it’s kind of hard to say without weighing everything though.

    Also side note – not trying to be offensive at all but if she learns how to cook actual meals she’ll probably be satisfied with less food.
