1 zucchini
3 eggs
Β½ cup flour
ΒΎ cup Italian bread crumbs
Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fry at 340F or 170C for 4 minutes turning half way through.
β‘οΈ Similar deep fryer but handle doesn’t fold like mine.
