### **Ingredients You’ll Need:**
**For the Kofta:**
– 500g lean beef or lamb mince
– 1/2 red onion
– 2 cloves garlic
– Handful of parsley
– 1 slice of bread
– 2 tsp cumin, 2 tsp ground coriander, 2 tsp paprika
– 1.5 tsp salt, 0.5 tsp pepper
**For the Salad:**
– 1 bunch parsley
– 2 tomatoes
– 1 medium cucumber
– 1/2 red onion
– Extra virgin olive oil & lemon juice
**To Serve:**
– 120g haloumi
– 2 souvlaki wraps
– 200g tzatziki or hummus
### **Steps to Make It:**
1. Blend onion, garlic, and parsley in a food processor.
2. Mix with mince, spices, and softened bread until well combined. Shape into 8 koftas.
3. Cook koftas in the airfryer at 190°C for 12 minutes or until golden.
4. Prepare the salad by finely dicing veggies and tossing with olive oil and lemon juice.
5. Fry the haloumi and warm the flatbread.
6. Assemble your plate with the kofta, salad, haloumi, flatbread, and your choice of tzatziki or hummus.
