Greek baked Lavraki ( branzino) ladolemono, blue zone recipe, at least once a week a fish dish is a staple in a Greek household! I grew up eating fish once a week , my dad used to go at the fish market in Athens and was always getting fresh fish and my mom used to cook it in so many ways, this was one of them and also is restaurant grade recipe! We always combined with Horta, Greek salad, patatosalata and lots of grilled bread and my favorite skordalia!
