Is this 23lb roast too big for my Weber kettle grill?? Cooking on Sunday today’s Friday. Can I pull it off or should I buy a new grill??

    Get some smoke on it for 3-4 hours and then finish it in the oven. That’s awesome! Where did you score that sweet piece of meat?
