    Wow, this loaf looks beautiful. I love the scoring that you did!

    As a suggestion – I’d say don’t be afraid to let the crust brown further. The beauty of sourdoughs lay in how the browned, caramelized crust has such a rich, nutty flavor – you certainly don’t want to miss out on that! Next time try leaving it for a little further in the oven until the crust turns a deeper brown, you’ll be surprised at how much difference it makes in the overall taste!
