What’s your favorite burger (delivered)?


Hey all! What’s your favorite burger (delivered)? I tend to lean more towards smash burgers but interested to find some new spots!

    I just ordered the burger from mothers ruin over the weekend and it was bomb af. I went there a year or two ago and had the fried chicken sandwich and thought it was mid. However, that burger put em back on the map for me for sure. Better than Gretel/stop along/small cheval for me.

    There is no such thing as a good delivered burger, and I’ll stand by that til I die.

    That said, my favorite burger in the city is LittleBadWolf, hands down. Kirkwood’s has a very good burger as well.

    Most other places I’ve found are hit or miss, so I can’t recommend them as much as I wholeheartedly recommend either of those two restaurants.

    Not for nothing, but general rule of thumb to avoid disappointment when hungry:
    Don’t get burgers delivered.
    Don’t get dumplings delivered.

    Ends up being a steamy mess of a meal that is worth waiting to eat at the restaurant.

    Butcher & the Burger is my fav. It tastes best fresh but is usually pretty fast on DoorDash and shows up in decent shape. Honestly can’t remember the last time I ordered a burger for delivery elsewhere

    Red hot on DoorDash, double with cheese sub pickles instead of tomatoes.

    I do feel like Gibson’s sliders hold up well delivered.

    BopnGrill has a kimchi burger that is one of my fav burgers in the city. It’s much better fresh, but it does travel super well – the egg yolk is usually still super runny when it gets to my door.

    I couldn’t believe how well PrimeTime’s burger came delivered. Warm and still with crispy lacing – everything you want from a smash burger.

    I’m not going to say it’s amazing, but my wife and I order burgers and pretzel sticks from Fatpour at least once a month.

    Portillos Bacon cheeseburger holds up pretty well in my experience

    Red Hot Ranch is consistently as good as it will get for a delivery burger (not the fries though)

    It’s location dependent especially for delivery but small cheval is solid, reasonably priced, and has multiple locations

    Can’t believe this didn’t come up here already… Order on DoorDash from Smyth + Loyalist the Original Loyalist Burger. One of the best in the city (country!) delivered.

    It transports well too though I will often airfry the fries for 2 minutes and warm the patty if it is too cold in the oven.

    The only only only downside is it’s $27 for the burger and fries… but such a treat.

    Gretel and fatsos used to be my go-to for delivery. I haven’t had fatsos since pre Covid tho.

    Gretel or the Region, but you should go to both because they’re, of course, better as fresh as possible.

    low key the burger from STK is 9.99 and 🔥 for the price… on uber eats at least
