LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) – Dozens of area restaurants and Lake area businesses are teaming up on Christmas Day to make sure everyone gets the chance to enjoy a festive holiday meal on Christmas Day.
Helping Hands will be hosting a free Christmas dinner from noon to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 25 at Panorama Music House.

As a special guest, Santa Claus will be in attendance with gifts for the children on hand.
The meal is being prepared and distributed by over 30 area restaurants and businesses, along with Water’s Edge Gathering Church.
All are welcome to attend. Organizers say last year, attendance was around 600. This year, they are planning to host 1,000 guests.
Panorama Music House is located at 331 Broad St. in Lake Charles.
