  1. I just missed your livestream but I’m very happy to see another delicious recipe from you! ❤ I love the idea of rice as the main starch in the soup and how inventive Turkish cuisine is with yogurt 🇹🇷❤️ My father was originally from Hungary so there are many creamy dishes I learned. It is usually done with cream or sour cream instead of yogurt. But I understand how to gently heat it so it doesn’t boil hard. Thank you for this comforting soup idea. I love the idea of a livestream but only if you are comfortable doing more with everything you already do and share. My heart and prayers are with you on your upcoming exam. Your deep knowledge of all things food is a welcome joy beyond any exam 😊❤️

  2. Until 20 years ago we didn't have the same thick sweet yogurt, our yogurt was runny and very sour and still some people like it like that with fruits. It wasn't good for cooking, but since greek yogurt arrived we started to use that fora salads, and who likes world cuisines like me now can experiment lots of recipes! I love turkish cuisine sooo much!!!!!

  3. I keep coming back and re-watching it the only time I've used yogurt and cooking as if I was using it as a substitute for sour cream other than that I can't think of anything that I've ever used yogurt with

  4. Thank you for the video👏👏👏👏I’m from Dom Rep🇩🇴, I live in NJ, USA since 1991 but I grew up with Palestinians and learned to cook with them from salads to dessert. My children and husband are lovers of Middle Eastern food because they grow up eating what I cooked. I love your channel and in a few years I will retire from work and I have on my list to visit Turkey. Take care🤗🤗🤗🤗
