After a handful of failures, I’ve finally gotten a hang of the No Knead Sourdough recipe from King Arthur.
Tried to score for the first time and it looks quite “lame” 😂
Any techniques for scoring that has helped you guys, please do share. I’d love to make a well scored good looking loaf !
