





Been trying to learn how to make sushi at home for a while, and it’s become a big obsession of mine! My chef friend taught me how to prepare raw samon so you can eat it at home.
Where I live we don’t have a lot of special ingredients for sale to make many different styles, but I got my hands on some frozen fried torpedo prawns to change it up a bit. Forgot the avocado, that I usually use as well. The fried ones were my favourite!

Good job, they look great! Uramakis are my favorite. I want to learn how to make sushi too, especially nigiri. See if you can get tuna next time, it’s usually easy to find and it’s delicious on sushi or as sashimi too
