The aim of this series is to utilise the ingredients that you have at home 🏠 already & to only buy the essentials for the recipe:

Cost breakdown:
* 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken – £1.70 (this is cheaper but I used breast meat which cost £4.42)
* 2 tbsp harissa paste – £1.49
* Skyr yoghurt – £1.25
* 1 red onion, quartered – £0.95
Total: £8.11•

Recipe: 🧑🍳
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 200C •
2️⃣In a small bowl, mix 2tsp harissa paste, a drizzle of olive oil, 1tsp smoked paprika, 1tsp garlic powder, salt, & pepper & add the chicken 🍗🍗Rub the mixture over the chicken thighs and let them marinate for 10–15 minutes •
3️⃣ Arrange red onion 🧅 & garlic on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil & season with salt 🧂 & paprika •
4️⃣ Add the marinated chicken on top & roast in the oven for around 35-40 mins ⏰ or until the chicken is fully cooked & serve on a bed of bulgar wheat 🌾 •
5️⃣ To make the yoghurt dressing, mix 2tbsp yogurt with 2tsp harissa paste •
6️⃣ Cook the bulgar wheat as per the packet instructions •
