    I just recently learned what pullman pans are from this thread and have ordered two. My bread maker produces too large of a rounded top that is hard to cut. Any other advice for using the pans? How long i should bake the bread. Do i need to coat the pan so the loaf comes out easy?

    Can’t tell if this is due to exposure, but is this supposed to be a par bake or do you like bread lighter colored? I ask because if it’s lighter, I’d go for a bit longer till it has more brown. It looks like you got a great rise though!
