**Lasagne Ravioli Bake**
Looking for a comforting, crowd-pleasing dinner idea? This Lasagne Ravioli Bake is the perfect mix of simplicity and indulgence! Using my slow-cooked Bolognese sauce or your favorite family recipe, this layered pasta dish is an easy twist on traditional lasagna.
Every few months, I make a huge batch of Bolognese sauce to freeze for quick meals like this. The full recipe for my 6-hour slow-cooked sauce is pinned in the comments, but feel free to use a plain tomato and basil sauce for a vegetarian option.
**Ingredients (Serves 8-10):**
– Bolognese sauce (approx. 1.25L)
– 700g ravioli or agnolotti (spinach and cheese is a great choice—no pre-boiling needed!)
*Cheese Layer:*
– 750g fresh ricotta (firm style)
– 50g grated Parmesan
– 2 eggs
– 250g frozen spinach (defrosted & drained) or cooked fresh spinach
– 1/2 cup basil leaves
– 1/2 cup milk
– Grated mozzarella for topping
**Instructions:**
1. Prepare Bolognese sauce (see pinned comment).
2. Mix all cheese layer ingredients in a bowl.
3. Preheat oven to 180°C.
4. In a lasagne dish, layer:
– 1/3 Bolognese sauce, then a single layer of ravioli.
– Another 1/3 sauce, another ravioli layer, then half the ricotta mix.
– Final ravioli layer, remaining sauce, and top with ricotta mix and mozzarella.
5. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 30 minutes covered, then 20 minutes uncovered.
Serve this hearty, cheesy bake with a side salad or garlic bread for a meal your family will love. Don’t forget to tag me if you try it!
