I always keep that bottle on the left in my fridge. Goes great on almost anything. And yeah eff david chang!!!

I keep it there, but for no realmreason except that i always have. Leave most of my other hot sauces in the cupboard. Also, fuck David Chang.

Nope. It doesn’t last long enough to need additional preservation.

I make my own and leave it out by the stove. I don’t like dealing with the oil hardening in the fridge plus the oil works as a barrier so I’m not worried about spoilage.

  5. Man this stuff is so good I eat this stuff just out of the jar I think I eat it more just out of the jar than actually put in food it’s great on butter noodles

  6. No, I think it tastes better at room temperature.

Once opened, yes. I’m not trying to mess with that botulism action. I’m the only one that eats it. My wife doesn’t touch it so it takes me a while to get through one bottle

Why is this stuff called “crunch”? What’s so crunchy about it?

People do that I just live mine in the kitchen cabinet

Never thought of it to put it in the fridge since it’s oil based, usually go through a jar in a couple of weeks anyways

Ye Def. Doesn’t last long tho inise this all the time.

Oil goes rancid, so if you aren’t eating the product quickly enough, it may start tasting sour. Refrigeration will roughly double the shelf life.

I put all my condiments in the fridge.

Nope. It lives on a little shelf above the stove along with my most frequently used spices. It’s never been a problem.

  15. BananaNutBlister

Yes. Anything I don’t use with great frequency goes in the fridge just to prolong its freshness/color.

  16. I do, but also they sell the jar on the right in “Extra Spicy” btw. Still not hot enough but I can’t imagine the original flavor you have there has much heat
