Hello everyone.
Today my new konnected Joe just arrived and i started it up right away.
After the cook when I turned it off I saw this spot on the screen.
It looks like damp, like u can have in the thermometer but I'm not sure. The screen is perfectly working and readable btw.
Anyone can tell if it will go away or what it is?

Condensation.
I would file a warranty claim if you can. That will worsen over time.

Don’t worry about it will go away. Mine does it all the time with no issues. I love mine btw!
Condensation mine does it all the time and it’s nothing to worry about
This will happen anytime the outside temp is cooler than the inside of the device…so (typically) only a wintertime thing (unless you keep your house incredibly warm).
Think ice water in a glass when it’s hot outside, only reversed.
Don’t “sweat” it.
