Snowing for three days here so might as well make some warming stew. Kimchi-jjigae maangchi’s recipe but i didnt have anchovies so i used the left over crab shells from last nights dinner and added some meat to the stew. Also used dried thai chilis instead of gochugaru to kick up the heat for the cold weather
