Longaniza de payés, does it need to be cooked to eat?
Got it from lidl the other day, no instructions on the back. Just that it's made from raw pork that lost water during the drying process

That is cured meat, does not to be cooked.

Is this in the US? Never seen it before in a US supermarket before but would buy a few if I ever did. Don’t cook it slice it up in a good French or hard crust bread with good some olive oil and eat or just eat it on its own.

cut mold off and eat like a cheese
