If you don’t mind cooking yourself can always just buy HaiDiLao’s tomato hotpot base from Weee and make yourself soup with your own raw ingredients.

Or go to Flushing Common’s HDL location

  3. A lot of Hong Kong cafes have macaroni in a tomato based soup.

I see that Mabu cafe and Kong Sihk Tong has it on their menu. Never actually had it there though.

Tomato eggs are a common Chinese dish, and some places make it as soup noodles instead of served on top of rice. Off the top of my head for specific places, I believe that you can often find it on the menu at some of the hand-pulled noodle spots.

  8. Nai Brother in LIC has my favorite tomato broth. It’s a fish restaurant but when I’m craving tomato noodles I get the beef slices in tomato broth with rice noodles added in.
