








Lovely Dinner at Restaurant Cédric in Weinstadt near Stuttgart, Germany.
Cédric Staudenmayer is the current holder of the Michelin young chef award and after the dinner I can see why.
Amuse geule: Mushroom soup
1. Trout apple dill quinoa
2. Lentils cauliflower balsamico wild rice
3. Ray Sauerkraut capers pearl barley
4. Beef beetroot celery horseradish
Pre desert: Spruce Ice chocolate Buttermilk
Dessert: Sea buckthorn & persimmon yohurt chocolate
Sweet conclusion: Chocolate and crumble
Very well executed with the standout courses for me being the lentils and the trout.
Service was also very good.
All in all a great experience.

Looks very very nice especially for a 1 star. How was the beef course? Looks like a bit of hard sinew or something on the left side. Otherwise all the food looks really good
It looks very aesthetically elegant, but seems the taste would be a bit underwhelming
