I made some juicy burgers on my cast irons today!

Beef burgers with iceberg, fried egg, fried onion, tomato, guacamole with sriracha and a slice of 'young matured' 48+ cheese.

Was testing out some theories on how to make a good patty that would not puff up like a ball. These were amazing!
