I also just put a heaping amount in a bell pepper soup I made last week and it was perfect.

Like ANY food? Probably original or green tobasco. Maybe franks.

  2. If it’s just one, I am right there with you. Otherwise it’s Marie’s gold label with dashes of Red Hornet for oomph.

  3. Such a great sauce. Back when i first tried it i found it too hot but i’m pleased to say my tolerance finds it bang on the money now. Love it!

I don’t have a go-to. I keep an old Christmas cookie tin that holds around 24 sauces on the table at all times and every meal is a dilema of which one to choose. Lots of fun flavor pairings to play with.

If I could only have one though? Either Marie Sharp’s Red Hornet or Butterfly Bakery of Vermont’s Red Ghost Reaper. Could go either way on that one.

    That’s a really solid choice!

I like the Tobasco Scorpion, too. Very versatile.

How spicy is this one on a scale 1-10? My friend is a hot sauce fiend and I wanna get him a really good spicy one

Curry Karma is my go to for so much. It was absolutely delicious in burgers.

Never seen that one, will look for it. I LOVE Texas Pete’s

Cholula for anything Mexican or southwestern. Sriracha for anything Asian. Nandos xx hot for chicken

Marie Sharps isn’t that hot but it has a great flavor. I put it on almost everything.

I’m a Marie Sharp’s fan as well. My daily go-to sauce to put on anything is the MS green habanero. Belizian Heat is just a tad too hot for me to be a daily user, but I can respect those who love that sauce, because it’s really well crafted.

Melinda’s extra hot or scorpion, works on basically anything, I especially like it when I make kebab with rice, fresh vegetables, and white sauce
