What’s the sauce you reach for in any food situation? I’ll go first.
I also just put a heaping amount in a bell pepper soup I made last week and it was perfect.

Tabasco habanero.

If it’s just one, I am right there with you. Otherwise it’s Marie’s gold label with dashes of Red Hornet for oomph.

Such a great sauce. Back when i first tried it i found it too hot but i’m pleased to say my tolerance finds it bang on the money now. Love it!

I don’t have a go-to. I keep an old Christmas cookie tin that holds around 24 sauces on the table at all times and every meal is a dilema of which one to choose. Lots of fun flavor pairings to play with.
If I could only have one though? Either Marie Sharp’s Red Hornet or Butterfly Bakery of Vermont’s Red Ghost Reaper. Could go either way on that one.

How spicy is this one on a scale 1-10? My friend is a hot sauce fiend and I wanna get him a really good spicy one

Marie Sharps isn’t that hot but it has a great flavor. I put it on almost everything.
KinkyQuesadilla
I’m a Marie Sharp’s fan as well. My daily go-to sauce to put on anything is the MS green habanero. Belizian Heat is just a tad too hot for me to be a daily user, but I can respect those who love that sauce, because it’s really well crafted.

Melinda’s extra hot or scorpion, works on basically anything, I especially like it when I make kebab with rice, fresh vegetables, and white sauce
