I’m a retired HVAC mechanic, and once in a while I had to work on the refer units on the cooks line and even the walk in coolers and freezers . Some have filthiest coolers and freezers I have ever seen ! There’s mold, dirt, more mold and a couple I flat out condemned they were so bad .
