I made this tree challah today. I’m making a big challah for Tu Bishvat for a big community meal so I thought I’d give it a try on a smaller scale. I used butterfly pea flower for the blue. I grow my own herbs in a hydroponic tower so had lots of Thai basil that flowered and you cannot imagine how good this smells. I imagine this would be a nice centerpiece with dipping oil etc where you could tear off the herbs etc. anyway, here you hi.

If this is any indication, your big challah is going to be a mind blowing success. As everyone has said, unreal work and what a piece of art. You should cross post this, because even the love it’s getting here isn’t a fraction of what it deserves. It needs more eyes on it to bring joy to more people.
