Keeping with the holiday spirit of giving, several local churches, religious groups and nonprofits will offer Christmas meals for families or individuals looking for a community during the holiday. Whether eating with a group or simply picking up take-out, these locations will offer food to those looking for a warm meal this Christmas.
Beaver Falls High School (1701 Eighth Ave.)
The Beaver Falls Christian Assembly and Care Ministries will offer a free Christmas dinner at Beaver Falls High School from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 25. Fliers shared on social media indicate that both groups are also seeking volunteers and donations to assist with the event.
Clinton United Methodist Church (1147 Old Route 18, Wampum)
The Clinton United Methodist Church will offer free Christmas dinners for community members as dine-in, take-out or delivery from 1 to 3 p.m. Dec. 25. Orders will be taken until Dec. 23, and those looking for meals are encouraged to call Laurie at 724-657-4328 to make arrangements.
