Biggest cake I’ve ever made, for 70 people! Bravetart’s devils food cake and chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream with some added salted caramel, chocolate ganache, and salted caramel buttercream inside. Edible flowers on top.
I transported the frozen cake on a plane cross country then finished decorating it at my destination.
