Seared about 45 seconds each side after patting dry and salting. Broke a lot of “rules” in the bag; red wine, soy sauce, Worcester, butter and pepper. But it was delicious.

    I realize it’s a bit more medium rather than rare, probably due to not being seared that well.. but I had a very hungry 2.5 year old waiting for dinner so couldn’t get it in the freezer or anything like that.
