I used the Claire Saffitz recipe, but instead of wholwheat I used a mixture of wholewheat and rye flour.
It tastes really nice and tangy!

    Great job! Your goal in the beginning should just be to fall in love with the process. Edible loaves (this certainly looks like one!!) are icing on the naturally leavened cake.
