Parboiled the spuds. In a small pan, I heated some beef dripping. Put the spuds in to coat them and then added curry powder to mix with the dripping and spuds. Gas mark 6 for 25 mins before turning and then another 15 mins.by CJC989_G Write A CommentYou must be logged in to post a comment.
