(Egg for scale) I was overly hopeful. They are bland and not sweet enough for a cookie. Unsurprisingly, they had the consistency of pancakes. If you like artificial sweetener you could try that to make them taste better. I'm sure I'll still eat them, but I won't be making again. I'll stick to my fiber one brownies. Not to down on the fiber one brownies, but have you tried the halo top ones? Wayyy cheaper in the long run.
