It’s been about a week and within the fist 4 days there was rapid growth then I noticed one day they stopped growing stronger and started to curve over. I’ve been watering them once a day and stopped spraying water directly on them after they started to weaken I think I overwatered because I was scared they needed more and I moved them outside for more sunlight but that didn’t do any justice. I also just clipped off the ones with very wilted leaves.

I must add that the ends of most of the leaves are starting the curing/shrivel a bit

Do you not have a grow light on them? The light from the window sill will not be enough. If it’s warm enough move them outside during the day (at least 8 hours of sun) and if it’s not warm enough, you need a grow light that’s positioned only a couple inches away from the top leaves for 18 hours a day.

If you have a grow light, post a pic of your set up.

They are leggy from lack of light.

Not enough light, I think. They’re stretching looking for it.

  4. They are getting leggy.

If you are using artificial light, it should be almost directly on top, almost touching them. They need strong, direct light.

They can be saved by dropping them in a larger (4 inch) pot and filling with soil.

Leave the top leaves sticking out and bury most of the stem.

those plugs have no nutrients. they stunt the plants growth. waste of money. next time 4 inch pots and roots organic soil. 1 plant per pot. fill half way with dirt. add soil as needed to keep stem strong. plants can get a good growth before being transplanted.

You need to repot them. The stems can grow roots so just bury the stem up to the lowest leaves.
