    I know this is a sourdough subreddit and I’ve been considering one of these for the same reason, but curious if you tried using it on a soft crust bread like a brioche or shokupan? If it works for both, I want it!

    Sometimes I wish for one of these. But then there’s the storage problem. I am only cooking for 2 so not even baking weekly.

    My SO has one and I don’t know why I never let him try this. He mentioned it just last week. Now I know it won’t destroy the bread. Does it spray crumbs everywhere?
