I travel a lot. Leave on Monday come back on Friday. This year I’ve started cooking most of my meals and packing them before I leave, I’ve done this before and wasted a lot of food. This time I’m starting simple because hotel living leads to bad eating habits. I try to find stores that are comparable to Wegmans, but that’s not always conducive, or I try to find a farmer’s market which is awesome. I’m going to use your recipes for my vegan journey because they seem healthy and easy to prepare. Thanks
