I caramelized five pounds of onions today! Yes, I should’ve used a bigger bowl. I used a bourbon recipe. I divided it up in containers to put in the freezer. I was supposed to make French dip today, but I accidentally took out pork loin from the freezer a few days ago instead of Chuck roast. I unwrapped the aluminum foil this morning and discovered my error – oops.
