Not as mild as white kimchi, but not terribly spicy either. My go to brand, available at Costco.

One of the weak(er) versions of pre-made Kimchi, nice to serve for people that may not eat spicy food often. And this is the version I usually try to keep in fridge as I don’t enjoy overly spicy food. Very good to make Kimchi-jjigae (stew) as it allows for a milder version of that dish. If I find expired box of this in the shop for a good price, then stew is on the menu soon after.

This is kimchi made from regular cabbage.
