These Mediterranean Tuna Steaks are off-the-charts delicious. The tuna is seared to a nice medium-rare and then topped with a sauce of sautéed onion, garlic, tomatoes, olives, capers, and herbs. Gorgeous, healthy, and so yummy!

Mediterranean Tuna Steaks Ingredients:
5 tbsp olive oil, divided
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 28 oz can whole tomatoes, drained and roughly chopped
1 cup black olives, drained
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
2 tbsp fresh Italian parsley, chopped
4 6 oz. tuna steaks
Salt and pepper
4 tsp capers
