Greetings pasta lovers, from the tiny kitchen of the Fat Chamois!

Today we present this delicious pasta salad with farfalle, mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, garlic, green and black olives, pressed garlic, dried oregano and basil, salt and cracked black pepper.

It is normally a peak of summer recipe made with torn leaves of fresh basil and cold pasta but we adapted that for winter and kept the pasta warm.

There isn’t a recipe per se. You just mix all the chopped and cooked ingredients and season it to taste with salt and black pepper.
