The team behind The Chuckwagon 719 is now launching Hammond’s and the Seared Steer Steakhouse. Opened on January 7, Hammond’s is a premium deli serving slow-smoked meats and deli-style sandwiches. The menu includes pastrami, turkey, smoky roast beef, chicken, and brisket, all smoked slowly and carved or sliced to order.

Head to downtown Colorado Springs for this trendy new ramen spot, open nightly from 5 p.m. (except Mondays). As the name suggests, it’s a night-time destination perfect for enjoying comforting ramen dishes like Spicy Pork Miso, Chicken Shoyu and Mushroom Miso. The menu also features small plates like pork dumplings, sticky ribs and katsu sando.

This family-friendly pizza chain, based in California, has recently opened its first location in Colorado Springs. Mountain Mike’s serves a variety of classic and specialty pizzas, along with wings, salads, sandwiches and delicious sides. The restaurant also features an arcade, a party room and large-screen TVs, making it the perfect spot to enjoy gameday.

Gaia Masala & Burger combines Indian, American and Mediterranean flavors, offering options suitable for vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and halal diets. Located downtown at 12 South Tejon Street, the restaurant occupies the space previously home to Marco’s Pizza.
