    I’m not very good at charcoal, how do you cook a whole bird? Indirect? Low heat? If you don’t mind sharing some specifics. Thanks!

    Do you brine? How do you defrost? I have 2 in my freezer that are almost a year old. I got them from Walmart for 2.19 because the label said they weigh 2lbs. I have been putting off cooking them because it’s a long process.
