Have any of you bought your own blooming onion cutter so you can have blooming onions on tap?
This one is on webstaurant if you want to check it out; it’s not cheap (~$600). Only marginally more than the cost of a month’s supply of onions, so it’ll probably be worth it…

I know I will never be able replicate the blooming onion. So to spend all that money on this contraption plus a big enough fryer, just to be slightly disappointed in the end, it’s going to be a no.
