Got a mixture of hots and sweets. Just hoping that I have better luck this year than last.
The room they are in is about 15 degrees warmer than where I attempted last year

Got going in November. First year starting super hot pepper crosses from seeds, so I wanted to really have a handle on the process before spring 2025 gets here. I’ve got my seed starter mix down, method, and outdoor raised beds ready. As I’m typing, I already have some semi-mature plants that will be producing as soon as the warm weather arrives. Last year’s super hots were store bought as seedlings at the end of March and took fooooorever to get going. By the time they started flowering, temps were bouncing between mid 90’s to over 100 daily and no matter what I did, they just dropped flowers until temps simmered down. The year before, we had a cooler early summer, and I noticed that the plants that flowered and began fruiting before the monster heat arrived continued to produce all summer even in the heat.
