Any kitchen that pumps out a high volume of food 18 hrs a day or more will look like this. One of the very reasons I eat at home with one exception, the very best pizza within a 50 mile radius.

For a couple of years in the 80’s I was the night cleaner at a McD’s It was the best paying job in the place. From 12-8am 2 guys and only really enough work for one..
Reminds me of my days at Wingstop. My scarred ass hands do not yearn for those days of old.

First n foremost ‘100% free cacao’ is filthy work fam.
Secondly this is the kinda job I wish I could be doing every day… Nasty as it might be that’s a welcome challenge to a Virgo! And further justification to never ever take my family out to eat even if we could afford it.
Last but not least, only way to cleanse that equipment is with fire.
