Hello,
I am not to sure where else to ask this but I have a jinro soju dispenser that is no longer pumping out soju or water. I made sure the tube has no leaks and is on as tight as I can get it. I’ve tried multiple bottles and put cleaning mode on with no luck.

Has anyone else ever ran into this and would love to know how to fix it.

I’ve already emailed support but any other info would be great!

Thank you

Just pour it. This is so unnecessary

It’s telling you to stop drinking Soju.

  3. The pump stopped working. You can take it apart and order a new pump on amazon but is it really worth the work? Lol

I’ve never seen one of these before, so I’m only guessing. Have you tried changing the batteries?

The pump probably broke. Such branded free gifts are usually cheaply made, so it isn’t meant to last.

Jinro support probably can’t do much to help you. If they still have some available, they might send one to you if they are feeling generous.

You are better off buying a non-branded one off the internet (just search soju dispenser and you can find plenty). I’m pretty sure you can find Jinro branded ones as well but those would be from resellers / scalpers, and it may not be cheap.

Source: I work in marketing, so I source and produce such stuff for my brands.

Have you tried pumping from an open glass?

I can hear the pump attempting to work. Idk how this one specifically works but some have a spinning impeller that gets stuck from sediment or whatever. You can try to take it apart and loosen it or stick something up there.
