There’s this local place in Salt Lake City called Wingcoop. They have this spicy BBQ sauce called Tatonka bbq and it is fucking heavenly. Wish I had a way to duplicate it
Their wings can be hit or miss, but their sauces are incredible!

bb.q chicken is a korean fried chicken chain that’s pretty popular where I live, highly recommend it the one I usually get is called “wings of fire” (it’s also the one in this pic)

I wanted to like them but I have an issue with them.
The one time I went I asked if I could just try a small sample of a couple of the sauces because I wasn’t familiar with the flavor. They said no.
So instead of getting a whole order of wings in a sauce I wasn’t sure I would like I just stuck with a familiar sauce that I found to be ok.
Wings were cooked good. I just wish I could try some other sauces.
