    I did a variation of this method the other day and they were perfection! I did a homemade hot honey lemon pepper sauce and they were killer! Will try the mango habanero next😊

    I made the recipe. The fried chicken is a game changer if you don’t have experience deep frying. The mango habanero sauce could use some work. A little lacking in flavor (I’d imagine a over ripe mango would fix this though though).

    The texture of the sauce is also more like a chutney than a glaze.

    Final verdict 7/10. Would use a better sauce recipe.
